General Provisions

77fb is an online mobile casino and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between 77fb ("Platform", "we") and the user ("you", "member").

These Terms are provided in both English and Bengali. In the event of any interpretive conflict, the Bengali version shall prevail. These Terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use of the platform after any changes means you have automatically agreed to the updated Terms.

Account & Registration

To create an account on 77fb, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and any such accounts will be closed.

By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. If it is found that a user created an account with a false age, that account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits:

The minimum deposit amount on 77fb is ৳100. This limit applies to all payment methods. Accepted payment methods are:

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals will always be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

77fb reserves the right to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal. Processing may be delayed if verification is incomplete.

Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome Bonus:

77fb offers new members a welcome bonus — 150% on your first deposit, up to ৳15,000.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Or if you deposit ৳22,000 you receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳37,000.

Wagering Requirements:

A wagering requirement of 15x applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, wagering = ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each member is eligible for each offer only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they are only withdrawable after the requirements have been met.
• 77fb reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be subject to investigation.
• Another bonus cannot be activated while a bonus offer is already active.

VIP Program:

The 77fb VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.4% at Silver, up to 0.6% at Gold, and up to 0.8% at Platinum. Members can advance to higher tiers based on regular activity and participation.

Game Rules

77fb offers a range of entertainment services including casino games, sports betting, and slots. Each game or betting market has its own applicable rules, which are stated within the relevant game.

General Game Terms:

• All bets are final once placed and cannot be changed.
• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, 77fb reserves the right to refund the bets for that round.
• Winnings arising from a software bug or error will not be considered valid.
• For incomplete games caused by network disruption, 77fb will make a decision in accordance with its own policy.

Sports Betting:

A range of sports betting markets is available. Please read the terms of each market carefully before placing a bet. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to 77fb's established rules.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77fb platform. If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing the bonus system or making fraudulent bonus claims.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, or any other technological advantage to play.
• Knowingly exploiting game vulnerabilities or errors.
• Attempting unauthorised interference with the platform's security systems.
• Harassing or disrespecting other users.
• Providing false or misleading information.

If an account is closed due to prohibited activity, all balances (including bonuses and winnings) may be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Account Closure & Suspension

77fb reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or fraud.
• A voluntary self-exclusion request from the user.
• As required to comply with applicable laws or regulations.

You may also contact our support team at any time to request closure of your account. Any valid balance will be returned in accordance with the withdrawal policy before the account is closed.

Limitation of Liability

77fb provides its services on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for:

• Losses caused by internet connection disruption or issues with a user's device.
• Delays caused by errors from third-party software or payment providers.
• Financial losses resulting from a user's gambling activity.
• Unexpected technical issues or server downtime.
